Click&Boat uses two commission models:
- Split fee (default) — 3% host + 14% guest. Total: ~17%.
- Host-only fee — 14-16% host, 0% guest.
Either way, 14-17% disappears in commissions. On €30,000 annual revenue, that's €4,200 to €5,100 you never see.
